    I made this recipe alot when I lived in Africa where sausage was not available.


    List of Ingredients


    • � teaspoon sage
    • � teaspoon marjoram
    • � teaspoon thyme
    • � teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 � teaspoon salt
    • Dash nutmeg
    • 1 � pounds ground meat


    Instructions


    1. Mix well. Let sit several hours or overnight before frying.


    Final Comments


    My family likes the addition of about a tablespoon of Tony Chateries(sp?) seasoning.
