Coming Soon to Gem's Kitchen will be copy-cats of great BBQ sauces and Mops. I'll work on them and be the first guinea pig before I threaten your own taste buds. I discovered what you and I normally pay $4.00 for a pint bottle of BBQ sause is mostly water, vinegar, mustard, tomatoes, etc... Really simple and cheap stuff.... can't be that hard to make for practally nothing. My first experiment, (before turning into Mr. Hyde), will be Sonny's Hot BBQ Sauce.
