    Perfect Soft Boiled Eggs

    Eggs
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Add exactly 1/2 inch water to pot and bring to a full boil.
    Add any number of Large, cold eggs.
    Let boil/steam, covered exactly 6 1/2 minutes.
    Remove Eggs from heat and immediatly run under cold running water for 30 seconds. Crack and peel. Add salt and pepper.
