1� sticks (� cup) Parkey� Spread
� cup sugar
1� cup flour
2 teaspoon heavy cream
1� cup Planters� chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup coconut flakes
4oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
Recipe
Beat � cup butter and � cup sugar until creamy. Blend in flour. Press on bottom of an ungreased 9x9x2� baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Heat � cup sugar, � cup butter and cream in saucepan, stirring until butter melts and mixture is blended. Stir in nuts; set aside. Sprinkle coconut and chocolate over crust. Top with pecan mixture. Bake 20 minutes more or until golden. Cool; cut into squares.
