Christmas: Bourbon Balls I

List of Ingredients

1 cup white/yellow cake leftovers or vanilla wafers
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
� cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 cup chopped pecans
� cup bourbon




Recipe

Combine cake/cookie crumbs, sugar, cocoa, corn syrup and bourbon. Blend and mix very well. Mix in nuts. Roll into 1� balls. If the mixture is not rolling together easily, add more syrup. Roll balls into powdered sugar to coat. Store in airtight container and refrigerate.
