Balsamic Glazed Peppers

List of Ingredients
� olive oil
� 2 red peppers, sliced
� 1 clove garlic, chopped
� 1 tsp chilli flakes
� 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
� salt and freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
� Heat the olive oil in a wok.
� Add the peppers, chilli flakes and garlic and fry to a few minutes.
� When the peppers are just cooked add the balsamic and simmer on a high heat until the balsamic reduces to a glaze.
� Season with salt and pepper.
