List of Ingredients
1 16 oz pkgs. dried 15-bean soup mix, (sorted and rinsed)
1 1/2 lbs. kielbasa sausage, (cut into 1/4� slices)
1 pkt. dry onion soup mix
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
3 med. stalks celery, (cut into 1/4� slices)
1 large onion, , chopped
2 cloves garlic, , finely chopped
7 cups water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sea salt, , add just before serving
1/2 tbsp. season salt, , add just before serving
2 bay leaves, *disgard before servingRecipe
INSTANT POT:
Place all ingredients the pot.
Set it to �Soup� and set timer for 35 minutes.
When it�s done, allow the natural pressure to go down. This will add about 15 more minutes to your total time.
When you�re ready to serve, take out bay leaves.
CROCKPOT:
Approx. cooking time: 7 hrs.
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in crock pot.
* (Liquid should cover 1�-2�)
Cover and cook on HIGH 3 hrs., or until beans are tender.
Next, add tomatoes, cayenne and black pepper.
Decrease to LOW; cook 3-4 more hours.
*Freezes well.
