Homemade Salsa

List of Ingredients
1 (29 oz) Can Crushed Tomatoes
1 (14.5 oz) Can Stewed Tomatoes
1 (14.5 oz) Can diced Tomatoes
1 (14.5 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
2 teaspoons salt
Cilantro to taste, chopped (I use about 1/2 a bunch)
1 large sweet yellow onion (quartered)
1 (7oz) Can Jalapenos (for medium salsa, less for mild, more for hot)
Juice of 1 lime
Recipe
This salsa recipe makes a big batch (about 80 oz.), so I put several of the items above in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth. I do the onion and cilantro by themselves and then add one or two of the canned tomatoes. Then I dump the contents of the food processor into a very large bowl and stir until blended. Refrigerate in plastic or glass containers and ENJOY!
