List of Ingredients

� c Graham Crackers
� c Sugar
� c Melted butter
2 Boxes Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 bottle Avoset Cream
� c Confectioners Sugar
1 Pack knoxx unflavored gelatine; melted into � c fresh milk



Recipe

1 Combine 1st 3 ingredients to make crust

2 Lay on baking pan & refrigerate

3 Whip & beat Avoset cream w/mixer & add half of the confectioners sugar LITTLE BY LITTLE. *do not overbeat, beat only as the marks of the beater stays on the mixture (takes it�s own shape)

4 Pour mixture into bowl and refrigerate
5 Melt knoxx and � c milk (put on top of fire about 8-10� away until melted

6 Put 2 cheeses into bowl, beat it while mixing in the remaining confectioners sugar *add the gelatine mixture VERY SLOWLY while beating

7 Beat together mixture of cheese and the Avoset mixture for a short while and beat by hand just to mix.

8 Pour mixture into pan with crust and put blueberry syrup on top.
