    Baked Smothered Onion Chicken Breast

    Serves 4

    List of Ingredients

    • 16 ounces skinned and boned uncooked chicken breast, cut into 4 pieces
    • 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
    • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, lightly brown chicken pieces for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Evenly arrange chicken pieces in prepared baking dish. In same skillet, saute onion for 5 minutes. Stir in chicken soup and parsley flakes. Even spoon soup mixture over chicken pieces. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. When serving, evenly spoon sauce mixture over chicken pieces.
