    Serves 6


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb ground turkey or beef (90% lean)
    • 1 cup evaporated skim milk
    • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, optional
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients. Shape. Bake on rack at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
