    Serves 2 (3/4 cup)

    List of Ingredients

    • 8 ounces extra lean ground turkey or beef
    • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
    • 1/3 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
    • 1 cup (one 4-ounce can) sliced mushrooms, undrained
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes


    1. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute meat and onion for 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in sour cream, undrained mushrooms, and parsley flakes. Lower heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
