    Recipe Introduction

    For everyone who can never get enough taco-based dishes!
    Serves 6

    List of Ingredients

    • 8 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 1 teaspoon JO's Taco Seasoning
    • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
    • 1/3 cup skim milk
    • 2 cups thinly sliced fresh tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
    • 1/3 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon (2 1/4 onces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Chedder cheese


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion, and green peppers. Stir in JO's Taco Seasoning. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine baking mix and skim milk. Mix gently until a soft dough forms. Place dough into prepared baking dish. Spread meat mixture evenly over crust. Layer tomatoes evenly over meat. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread mixture evenly over tomatoes. Sprinkle Chedder cheese evenly over top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Place bakind dish on wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 6 servings.
