    Recipe Introduction


    This just may be your perfect choice for an easy, but "out of the ordinary" vegetable dish to compliment roasted turkey.
    Serves 4 (1 cup)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    • 1/3 cup skim milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon JO's Lemon Herb Pepper Seasoning
    • 4 cups frozen cauliflower, broccoli & carrot blend, thawed


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, combine celery soup, skim milk, and JO's Lemon Herb Pepper Seasoning. Add vegetables. Mix well to combine. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
