    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (4-serving) package JELL-O Sugar Free Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix
    • 2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    • 1 1/4 cups water
    • 9 tablespoons purchased graham cracker crumbs or 9 (2 1/2-inch) graham cracker squares, made into crumbs
    • 1/4 cup Cool Whip Lite
    • 2 maraschino cherries, halved


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Evenly spoon 1/4 cup pudding mixture into 4 parfait dishes. Sprinkle 2 full tablespoons graham cracker crumbs over top of each. Evenly divide remaining pudding mixture between parfait dishes. Top each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite and garnish with cherry half. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
