    List of Ingredients

    • 2 cups (4 small) peeled and sliced cooking apples
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 3 tablespoons Splenda granular
    • 1 teaspoon JO's Apple Pie Spice
    • 3/4 cup purchased graham cracker crumbs or 12 (2 1/2-inch) graham cracker squares made into crumbs
    • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon reduced calorie margarine, melted
    • 3/4 cup hot water


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place apples in an 8-by-8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice, Splenda, and JO's Apple Pie Spice evenly over apples. Toss well to mix. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over apple mixture. Pour hot water over top. Cover. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 5 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.
