    Recipe Introduction

    Serves 4 (1 full cup)

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups (9 ounces) diced Dubuque 97% fat-free ham or any extra-lean ham
    • 2 cups (one 16-ounce can) whole-kernel corn, rinsed and drained
    • 1 1/2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
    • 1/3 cup Kraft Fat Free Honey Mustard Dressing
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes


    1. In a large bowl, combine ham, corn, and tomatoes. Add Honey Mustard dressing and parsley flakes. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
