    Recipe Introduction


    Both Pam and Tommy thought these sandwiches were quite tasty. Maybe your brown-bagger will think so too!
    Serves 4


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise (10 calories per Tablespoon)
    • 2 teaspoons Splenda
    • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
    • 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    • 3 oz shredded reduced-fat Chedder cheese (3/4 cup)
    • 4 reduced-calorie hamburger buns (80 calories per bun)


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, Splenda, mustard, vinegar, pickle relish and black pepper. Add eggs and cheese. Mix gently to combine. Place about 1/3 cup mixture on each bun.
