    Recipe Introduction


    Can a recipe really be this creamy and not be brimming over with unhealthy fat? The answer is a resounding "Yes!". So--invite your guests to partake with pleasure of this luscious macaroni mix.
    Serves 6 (2/3 cup)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1/2 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • 2 (2.5-ounce) jars sliced mushrooms, drained
    • 1 (8-ounce) can tiny peas, rinsed and drained
    • 2 cups hot cooked lbow macaroni, rinsed and drained


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute onion and celery for 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in mushroom soup, sour cream, and black pepper. Add mushrooms and peas. Mix well to combine. Fold in macaroni. Lower heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
