    Serves 8

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 egg
    • 2 cups ricotta cheese
    • 1lb ziti, cooked
    • 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce with meat
    • 3/4 lb Mozzarella cheese
    • 10 oz spinach, cooked, drained


    1. Mix egg and ricotta cheese in bowl; add remaining ingredients; mix gently. Spoon into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May substitute cottage cheese for ricotta cheese.
