    Serves 1


    List of Ingredients


    • Single serve packaged non-fat Strawberry Yogurt (90 calories or less)
    • 1/2 cup blueberries
    • 1/3 cup Weight Watchers Vanilla Puffed Wheat with Almonds


    Instructions


    1. In parfait glass, spoon half container of yogurt in bottom. Spoon 1/4 cup blueberries over top of yogurt. Spoon other half of yogurt over blueberries. Then pour remaining 1/4 cup of bluerries over top. Top with 1/3 cup Puffed Wheat. Chill and serve later, or serve at once.
