    5 lb. Chuck Roast
    No. 2 can (2 cups) tomatoes--put thru sieve
    Onion--finely chopped
    Glove of garlic--finely chopped or garlic powder
    2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons salt
    2-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 Bay leaf
    1 heaping Tablespoon dry mustard
    Stalk of celery--finely chopped
    1/4 cup vinegar
    2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
    2-3 teaspoons paprika

    Mix together--cook on low 15-20 minutes. Cook boneless chuck (cut up in small pieces) in 1/2 cup water (with stalk of celery on top) Pour sauce over meat--cook another 10-15 minutes on low
