1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick oleo
Pinch of salt
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
In big cast iron skillet, melt 3/4 stick oleo and 3/4 cup brown sugar. Slice in 5 peaches
and top with batter. Bake in fry pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes
and flip onto cake platter.
