List of Ingredients
3 c. warm milk
2/3 c. Grape-Nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 to 7 Tbsp. sugar
Put Grape-Nuts in buttered casserole; pour warm milk
over Grape-Nuts. Beat eggs and sugar in separate bowl; stir
in salt and vanilla. Pour into Grape-Nut mix; put casserole
in oven inside of dish that has water in it (I use pie plate).
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Test with knife, as in
custard. During baking, stir mixture 2 or 3 times as Grape-Nuts
settle to bottom of pan. This is then mixed into the custard.
