    List of Ingredients

    2 (8-1/2 ounch) boxes corn muffin mix
    1 cup vanilla Glucerna(R) Shake
    2 eggs or equivalent egg substitute
    1 teaspoon coursely ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon chopped chives


    1. Preheat oven to 400F

    2. In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until moistened. (Batter will be slightly lumpy).

    3. Pour batter into a greased 8x8-inch square baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

    Makes 9 servings.
