    Sweet and Sour Pork

    List of Ingredients

    2 lb. pork roast, cut 4 c in cubes
    1 c pineapple juice
    3 T. cornstarch
    1 T. fat
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 to 1/4 c. brown
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    sugar, to taste
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

    Brown meat in fat. Add salt, broth and onion; simmer. Add pineapple, continue
    simmering. Combine juice, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar; cook to
    thicken. Add to meat. Cook until meat is tender, about 30 minutes.
