    Sour Cream Apple Pie

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups tart apples, cut into wedges
    3/4 cup sugar
    3 tablespoon floor
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon mixed

    Pie shell for 9 inch pie, use criss crosse pie crust for top
    (cut top into strips and criss cross)


    Combine sugar, salt and flour.
    Add sour cream and beat until very smooth.
    Stir in apple wedges until all are covered in mixture.
    Pour into unbaked cruse and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture then
    cover with criss cross top.
    Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 375 and continue to bake for 35

    Makes 1 9 inch pie.
