    Cheesy Hashbrown Cassarole

    List of Ingredients

    32 oz. frozen hash browns
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 cup cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup onion (optional)
    1/4 cup green pepper (optional)
    10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. sour cream

    2 cup crushed corn flakes
    1/4 cup melted butter

    Combine all ingredients. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Mix corn flake crumbs in melted butter. Spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
