Cheesy Crockpot Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, thawed
2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz size)
1 can cheddar cheese soup (10 3/4 oz size)
Remove all fat from chicken. Rinse & pat dry. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place in bottom of crockpot. Add condensed soups straight from can (you can mix them together beforehand but it's not necessary). Cook on low at least 8 hours. Do not lift lid. Serve over rice or noodles.
