    List of Ingredients

    1/3 cup diced banana
    1/3 cup diced pineapple
    cup fresh blueberries
    cup fat-free lemon pie yogurt
    Butter-flavored cooking spray
    2 English muffins, sliced
    1 tablespoon cinnamon and sugar


    1. In a small bowl combine banana, pineapple, blueberries and yogurt. 2. Spray English muffins with cooking spray and toast in a toaster oven or broiler until lightly browned. 3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Top each muffin half with fruit mixture and serve.
