    1st Layer: 1cup chocolate chips, 1/4cup butterscotch chips and
    1/4cup
    peanut butter. Melt on low heat or low heat in microwave. Stir to
    blend
    and spread in buttered 9 by 13 pan. Cool. (Put in freezer while
    making
    2nd layer.)
    2nd Layer: 1/4cup butter, 1/3cup sugar, 1/4cup milk. Bring to boil
    and
    boil 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat
    and
    add a 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme, 1/4cup peanut butter and 1tsp.
    vanilla. Blend well and spread over 1st layer. Crush 1cup peanuts
    and
    sprinkle over 2nd layer.
    3rd Layer: Melt 20 caramels and 2 Tbls. milk over low heat. Drizzle
    over crushed peanuts. (I double this Layer)
    4th Layer: Repeat 1st layer. Cool and cut. Store in refrigerator
