Canned Tomatoes (2 cans-one with basil, one with onions)
Wheat Pasta (any kind)
Red and yellow bell peppers
Spray pan with pam and grill veggies until they are soft.
While grilling veggies boil water for pasta.
When veggies are done add canned tomatoes, simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
While veggies and tomatoes are simmering spray another pan with pam and cook the shrimp. When shrimp are cooked add to veggies and tomatoes. Season to taste (I add italian seasoning, pepper, salt, and garlic). When pasta is done add veggies and shrimp to pasta. Sprinkle a little FF shredded or grated cheese on top.
