    Grilled Polish Sausage with Veggies

    List of Ingredients

    2 medeum zucchini's
    5 - 6 medium potatoes (red potatoes work best)
    1 each red, green and yellow bell peppers, medium onion
    1 - 2 lb. smoked Polish sausage
    1/2 can (6 oz.) beer
    1 stick (4 oz.) butter or margarine


    Chop zucchini and potatoes as if making scalloped potatoes. Cut and de-seed
    bell peppers into 1/8" slices. Either slice or dice onion. Cut Polish sausage into 1/2" sections. Cut butter into little pats. Put all ingredients into aluminum foil, mixing it all together. Pour beer over it all and seal tightly around edges. You may have to wrap it twice. Set it on grill, turning it every 20 minutes or so. Cooking time depends on your campfire or barbecue.
