List of Ingredients
1 lb linguini
1/2 Cup pasta cooking water
1 lb fresh spinach leaves
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 sliced Portobello mushroom cap or grilled chicken 1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 Cup bread Crumbs
Saut� mushroom in 2 Tbsp. olive oil till tender. Recipe
Saut� mushroom in 2 Tbsp. olive oil till tender. Cook linguini to al
dente reserving the 1/2 Cup pasta water.In serving bowl toss pasta with
spinach leaves.In mushroom skillet add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, red pepper
flakes and garlic. Saut� 1 min until lightly golden. Add reserved hot
water and garlic mixture to pasta and toss. Melt butter in small
skillet, add bread crumbs and saut� till golden. Sprinkle over pasta.
