    Coffee Pumpkin Bread with Coffee Icing

    List of Ingredients

    1 pkg. (14 oz.) pumpkin quick bread mix
    1-1/4 cups brewed double- strength MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, any variety, cooled, divided
    4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, coarsely chopped (optional)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    3 cups powdered sugar


    PREPARE bread mix as directed on package, substituting 1 cup of the coffee for water. Gently stir in chocolate. Bake and cool as directed on package.
    MIX remaining 1/4 cup coffee and butter. Add to sugar in large bowl; beat with electric mixer on low speed until well blended and smooth.
    FROST bread with icing.
