Roquefort Chicken (microwave)

If you don't like Roquefort (Bleu) cheese, your favorite will do.
List of Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp. white pepper
4 oz. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup fat free sour cream
Season chicken with pepper and place in a circle in microwave casserole.
Cover and cook 6 minutes per pound on High power (100%) until chicken is no
longer pink. Drain juices. In a 2-cup measure, mix crumbled cheese, garlic,
and sour cream. Heat mixture for 2-3 minutes on Medium power (50%) until
warm. Pour over chicken breasts, cover and cook on Medium for another 8-12
minutes until mixture is very hot, but not boiling.
