1 Head of Cabbage
1 or 2 Onions (optional)
1 stick of Margarine
Cut the head of cabbage like you would a salad and slice the Onion and separate the rings.
Melt 1 stick of margarine in a very large skillet.
Once the margarine is melted and hot, place all the cabbage and onion in the skillet.
The cabbage will be heaped very high over the skillet as if it will not all fit but it will cook down
as you are stirring and cooking it.
Once it is cooked until tender and a little brown, it is done.
