B & B Stuffed Toast

8 slices of bread-cubed (no crust)
2-8 oz pkgs. cream cheese, cubed
12 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
Syrup, Jam, Jelly, etc.
Put 1/2 of the cubes in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cube cream cheese and put on top of the bread. Put the remaining bread on top of the cream cheese. Beat eggs,
add milk and maple syrup. Pour over the bread and cheese. Place plastic over top and refrigerate over night. Cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes--serves 8.
Serve with Syrup, Jam, Jelly, etc.
