    List of Ingredients

    1 Large Pkg. Hash Browns (I like the chunky not shredded)
    1 onion diced
    Diced Ham (as much as needed)
    6 eggs (beaten)
    2 cans cream of Chicken soup
    Shredded cheese (your choice)


    Place hash browns in a casserole dish. Sprinkle the diced ham over the hash browns. Combine the eggs, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper to taste along with the diced onions. Pour mixture over the hash browns and ham. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. DO NOT place foil over the mixture while cooking.
    (You can prepare this mixture and let it set in the refrigerator over night.)
