    Ham 'n Egg Wiches

    Great addition to your brunch board.

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 c. finely chopped ham
    • 1/2 c. chopped celery
    • 2 tbls. capers, if desired
    • 1 tbls. finely chopped green onion or chives
    • 2 eggs, hard cooked, chopped
    • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
    • 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
    • butter, melted


    1. Preheat oven to 350
    2. In medium bowl, combine ham, celery, capers, onion eggs and salad dressing; mix well
    3. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforation to seal. On ungreased cookie sheet, press or roll each rectangle to form a 5x6 rectangle.
    4. Place rounded 1/2 cup. meat mix in center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners of dough to top of center of filling; twist firmly.
    5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted margarine.

    Final Comments

    serves 4
    These can also be the center point of a brown bag lunch along with a sweet pickle.
