    Butter Mints

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 c Butter
    1/3 c Karo
    1 lb powdered sugar

    flavoring & food coloring of your choice


    Melt butter. Stir in Karo until blended.Pour over powdered sugar and work into a dough. Flavor and color as desired. Make ball, press into granulated sugar (only one side.) Press the sugared side into a rubber mold. Turn out at once. Let air-dry 8-12 hours. Freezes well. Yields 50 servings
