A simple but delicious recipe from my daughter.
Tip: I buy several bags of cranberries during November and December so I can make this for an unexpected explosion of flavor when served with chicken, turkey, pork and lamb at other times of the year.
List of Ingredients
1 bag cranberry's (fresh or frozen)
1 orange (wash but do not peel)
optional: 1 apple, washed and seeded
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
Grind cranberries and orange. Add sugar and walnuts. Stir and place in refrigerator overnight prior to serving.
