    Cheezy Vegetable Soup

    List of Ingredients

    2 pound package California Frozen Vegetables
    3 cans Fat-Free Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 or 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes and Chili (use 2 cans, if you have spicier taste)
    10 oz. Lite Velveta Cheese


    Boil first 3 ingredients, 45 min.
    Add the cheese (I'd cut it into chunks).
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Makes 10 cups.
    This is good over pasta, baked potatoes and broccoli.
