MY ROLL AND BREAD DOUGH

I use this for most of my bread making.
List of Ingredients
1-1/2 cups water
2 large eggs (at room temp.)
5 c. bread flour
6 Tblsp. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
4-1/2 Tblsp. powdered milk
6 Tblsp. butter
2-1/4 tsp. yeast (4 tsp. rapid rise)
Combine and make the dough in the bread machine under the "dough" setting. IF MAKING DOUGHNUTS, set in oiled bowl to rise (covered) for about 1 hour. This step can be eliminated if NOT making doughnuts since the machine has already gone through the rising process. However, doughnuts require the extra rising.
Roll out and shape into desired rolls, bread or doughnuts and place in or on greased pans accordingly. One recipe will make two loaves of bread.
Cover and let rise again.
For bread or rolls, brush with egg glaze (1 egg and 1 Tblsp. or so of water), and sprinkle with sesame seeds, onions, or your choice of topping. Bake at 375 for approx. 18 minutes, depending on oven. Keep an eye on them.
For doughnuts, deep fry until golden and either glaze with icing, melted corn syrup, powdered sugar or cinnamon and sugar.
