Pineapple Muffins

List of Ingredients

1 egg, well beaten
2 tbls shortening
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups bisquick
1 (8 oz) can undrained pineapple




Recipe

In medium bowl, combine egg, sugar, shortening. Blend well. Add Bisquick al at once. Stirring with a fork until mixture begins to stick together. Stir in fruit till batter is moist.

Bake @ 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Yields 12.
