    Au Gratin Potatoes

    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup milk
    1 cup grated sharp cheese
    2 cups boiled potatoes -- cubed


    Recipe



    Melt butter, add flour and salt. Stir until well blended. Add milk gradually stirring constantly until thickened. Add grated cheese. Remove from heat.
    Place potatoes in greased baking dish. Cover with sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle paprika on top before baking if desired.
