    Zucchini Surprise

    List of Ingredients




    2 medium zucchini's
    1 cup Bisquick
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove of garlic
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon parsley
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup oil
    4 eggs



    Recipe



    Mix together all above ingredients except zucchini. Slice zucchini, fold into mixture and spread into a greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
