    List of Ingredients




    2 tsp olive oil
    9 oz pork tenderloin chops, diced into 1�� cubes
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    14 oz can chopped tomatoes
    2 TB frozen orange juice concentrate OR orange zest from 1 orange
    14 oz can cannellini beans
    Salt & pepper

    Recipe



    Heat oil in pan over high heat. Add onions and sautee until brown and tender. Add garlic and pork and cook until pork is browned. Add tomatoes and orange. Add beans and salt & pepper to taste.
