I just discovered Ramen Noodle Soups recently. They are good and so convenient. However, I thought there were too many noodles so started saving about 1/3rd in a plastic bag. Here is one of the recipes found to use those noodles!


List of Ingredients




4 Tbls. butter
1 tsp. seasoned salt
4 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
2 pkgs. Ramen Noodle Soup Mix (any flavor)
1 cup peanuts
1 cup bite size pretzels
1 cup Cherrios (optional)

Recipe



Preheat oven to 250�. Melt butter in small sauce pan, add salt and Worchestershire Sauce. Break noodles in bite size pieces, discard the seasoning packet. Pour all ingredients into a plastic ziplock bag,close and shake until all is coated with butter mixture. Pour contents of bag into a large roasting pan, bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool, store in air tight container.
