    Chewy Double Chocolate Cookies


    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/4 cups softened margarine
    • 2 cups white sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 2 cups flour
    • 3/4 cups cocoa
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 2 cups chocolate chips


    Instructions


    1. Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Combine dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes. Do not overbake. Cookies will be soft. They will puff during baking and flatten while cooling.
